Registration

The seasonal Registration process consists of  two forms:

  1. A permanent family profile that stores your information and may be updated annually, seasonally or as information changes, and
  2. A short register and pay form for each season. After completing this form, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. You do not need a PayPal account, and the SAAA greatly appreciates your use of PayPal as it substantially reduces the administrative burden to the secretary and treasurer.

To complete either form, you will need to be logged into the site because your family profile must be linked to a user account to be stored and kept private.

  • If you already have a user name and password, simply login to the right.
  • If you are already logged into the site, then please proceed to the profile page and make any necessary changes. For example, when registering for fall sports in May, you should update your child’s profile to show his or her grade in September.
  • If you do not have a user account, please create one here and then login complete your profile.
  • If you have a user account but cannot remember your password, please reset it here or use the similar link in the sidebar to the right.

Your profile, which includes contact information, information about your children, emergency contact and medical information, and the parent’s release and pledge, must be complete and up-to-date before you register & pay each season: fall, winter and spring.

The only remaining paper-based form is the physician’s release form. Once it is completed, it can be sent to school or scanned and uploaded on the profile page.

Fee Structure

The registration fee is $67 per child per sport (if paid by the seasonal registration deadline). Additional fees include:

  • A $10 field fee for students participating in soccer. It is due each season the child plays soccer (fall or spring) and pays for field rental fees.
  • A $10 late fee (applied per sport per child) if not paid by the seasonal deadline.
